Return Policy
At Hello Tony, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a simple return process to make things right. Please review our return policy below:                                                                          
1. Returns Eligibility                                                                                                 
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in unused, unopened, and undamaged condition. All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included with the return.
We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, including electronics, accessories, or products that have been modified.
Some items may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons (e.g., earbuds, personal care electronics).                                                                                         
2. How to Initiate a Return                                                                                      
To return an item, follow these steps:

2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is eligible.                         
3. Package Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Include the RA number inside the package.                                                                                                      
4. Ship the Return: Send the item(s) back to us using a tracked and insured shipping service. We recommend using a service that provides tracking to ensure the return reaches us safely.                                          
3. Return Shipping Costs                                                                                         
Domestic Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
International Returns: Customers are responsible for both the return shipping cost and any customs duties or taxes incurred.                                                                                 
4. Refunds                                                                                                                
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and any customs or import duties on international orders are not refunded.
5. Damaged or Defective Items                                                                               
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging, and we will assist you in processing a return or exchange.
We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items and issue a full refund or replacement.                                                                                      
6. Exchanges                                                                                                            
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different model or size, you will need to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.                                                                                
7. Items Not Eligible for Return                                                                              
The following items are not eligible for return:                                                       
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
